The Harrison Hot Springs 3rd Annual Tournament of Sand Sculpture Champions, Competition May 07-11, 2008.

Every visitor, attending the event between May 8th and June 30th, 2008, will receive a ballot to choose their favourite sculpture. The winner will receive $3000. Second and Third Place will receive $2500 and $2000 respectively. Winners will be announced on Canada Day, July 1st, 2008. The finished display will be open daily until at least October 19, 2008.

42nd Annual Sand Castle and Sand Sculpture Contest Saturday, June 7, 2008

Time: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Location: Robert Crown Memorial State Beach(Westline Drive & Otis Drive, Alameda, CA. Bring your shovel, bucket and creative ideas to build a unique work of art out of sand. This FREE event is co-sponsored by the Bayview Womens Club, East Bay Regional Park District, Alameda Youth Committee, and the Alameda Recreation and Park Department.

59th White Rock Sandcastle Competition August 3rd, 2008

Our goal for the first year back: A BIG FUN, HAPPY DAY for everyone, building sandcastles and new friendships on the magnificent shores of  White Rock BC Canada.The 2008 White Rock Sandcastle Competition is a family focused event, happening August 3rd, 2008 as a partner event, during the 59th annual Spirit of the Sea Festival.
